In so doing, environmeddlists are adopting a new tactic: claiming that emissions by individual companies are essentially equivalent to having a neighbor who plays his sound system too loudly, and thus constitute a "public nuisance" - which is subject to redress by law.
Apparently, they fail to understand that most people consider the environmeddlists themselves to constitute a public nuisance.
