A top Democratic leader seems to believe that his party's going to get a nice bump in votes because of the health-care debacle. "We're going to go out to the American people and let them know exactly what's in the bill," Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C told reporters after the House Democratic caucus's weekly meeting.
Oh. Does this mean they've finally got around to reading the bill that they voted on in the dead of night? Or are they just going to tell you what they think might be in the bill? In any case, as Democratics try to hold onto seats, it looks as though a rough ride is ahead.
The latest Gallup poll indicates that among voters who say that they are "very enthusiastic about voting," Republicans lead, 57 to 37 percent. That's rather a significant number.





The only bump the Dems will enjoy this fall is a large one on the cranium after getting clobbered.
Uh oh, sounds like a veiled threat of violence...
