Ouch, watching this video makes my head hurt.
But I suffered through and all I could come up with was that a bunch of self important social engineers want to partner up with a university that wants to gobble up a bunch of land they don't own and determine how the land should be used.
Sounds good, why didn't I think of that?
I gotta go, my neighbor's environment doesn't seem to be performing up to it's potential and I deem it's my responsibility to rectify that. He really needs to bring his current system back to performance. I have some demand management strategies and ideas for him to better use his social capital to change his behavior.

Bobkat, I too suffered through all that pathetic gobbledy-gook. One can sum up that video in a small mission statement: "Cramming people in rat cages in order to make a perfect socialist society."

I remember when the Dean of my school gave me texts on "planning economics." I handed them back, explaining that planning economics was an oxymoron.
