First up, another representative from the Religion of Peace™, popped for peacefully renting a storage unit, buying some c-4 and remote-controlled drone aircraft. Hope he didn't spill anything on his prayer-rug.
As well, illegal aliens seem to be gaining a lot of attention there:
Police say the 35-year-old illegal immigrant was behind the wheel of his red GMC pickup on High Street when he struck an 11-year-old girl on her bicycle. They say she was on her way to school.
DaSilva’s arrest comes at a time when the issue of illegal immigration is under the microscope in Massachusetts.
Monday it was the arrest of Marcelo Almeida, the illegal immigrant facing a murder charge in connection with the stabbing death of his girlfriend in Marshfield. Also on Monday, Eduardo Torres was in court in Ayer; the illegal immigrant was arrested in Boxboro over the weekend on a drunk driving charge for a sixth time.
Just weeks ago, Nicholas Guaman was charged with running over and killing Matthew Denice in Milford. He also was an illegal immigrant.
Not that there's any cause for concern.

Sounds like a Max conflict situation to me. Which wins out? Illegal scofflaw or person on bike getting struck?

Do either necessarily win out? The scofflaw's in jail, but getting hit by a truck does more than just knock the wind out of you....
