On September 12, Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) wrote to National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Member Craig Becker, asking him what role he had in drafting a Service Employee International Union (SEIU) manual instructing union organizers how to intimidate business into taking away the secret ballot from workers. Becker, as it happens, was general counsel for SEIU before becoming another one of Barry's "recess appointments".
In the Obummer administration, the NLRB has become stridently anti-business and pro-union, and is presently engaged in seeking to force Boeing to abandon its new billion-dollar aircraft assembly plant in the right-to-work state of North Carolina, claiming that they only built the plant to retaliate against Washington state unions.

Congress holds the purse - they should just cut off the NLRB's funding.

And Boeing hired more workers in Washington, too.

Actually, I forgot to mention that little detail, Sam - nice catch!
