In my humble opinion, the guy who runs this place ought to be canned. Why? This was a predictable event. Showing up at 8 am and attempting to move the vehicles is indicative of his dedication to his job. Or the lack thereof.
It's nice to know they're looking after our property.

I understand that the manager moved around 90 vehicles. Good. Why didn't he call for assistance to get the rest out? I'm reminded of that whiny mayor in New Orleans, who let all of the buses get flooded rather than use them to evacuate the city.
