Scam "the Tram" Adams, along with sidekicks Earl "the Pearl" Bluemanure and Kurt "the Clone" Schrader all joined hands and danced around a bridge-piling while singing "Everything Is Beautiful"; calling the hated Portland-Milwaukie loot rail project a "job-creating engine". Tri-Met, after all, claims that it'll create 15,000 jobs, and they're utterly believable.






Wow - that's one job for every 2.5 feet of the line. I'm guessing this'll be done over a weekend, like an old fashioned barn raising?

Good calculation, there! Of course, concrete takes time to cure, so that may stretch the timeline a bit....
