Evidently not content with simply alienating Jews, the Obama administration has moved against Catholics as well, stating flatly that there are no “constitutional rights issues” associated with their requirement that all health-care plans in the United States to cover sterilizations and all FDA-approved contraceptives, including those that induce abortions. That this fiat amounts to federal intervention into the free practice of an established religion seems to have entirely escaped them.
Interestingly, one day before the administration's pronouncement, the Susan G. Komen Foundation enraged Leftists by announcing that they would stop giving money to Planned Parenthood - an organization that appears to have seved as the template underlying the Obamacare edict. The L.A. Times provides an example of the media slant on this development (see Komen link, above).
In any case, the response to this administration's arrogance has been swift:
Kathleen Sebelius and through her, the Obama administration, have said “To Hell with You” to the Catholic faithful of the United States.
- To Hell with your religious beliefs,
- To Hell with your religious liberty,
- To Hell with your freedom of conscience.
Catholics, between the Obama administration and their good friends, the peaceful Occuturds, have been dealt some rather low blows during the past week: in a not widely reported incident last week, a right to life assembly was held in the rotunda of the Rhode Island state capitol. The pro-life crowd was made up of senior citizens, mothers with young children, Cub Scouts, and school kids.
A group of Occuturds invaded the event, began screaming and refused to allow a Catholic priest to deliver a prayer. Better yet, one of them climbed to a third-floor balcony and threw condoms onto a group of girls from a Catholic school. They also assaulted a female state representative as part of their ongoing effort to stay classy.
“It’s disgraceful behavior,” Healey said. “The week before, the pro-abortion people had their rally and no one bothered them. Apparently freedom of speech only applies to those who agree with you.”
It's the way of the Left. And Obama exemplifies it.
These events need a number of folks with videocam capability, to put this up on the web.

There's a certain naivete at work: it doesn't occur to them to bring along documentation capability, because they can't imagine that others would behave in such fashion.
