Infrastructure's crumbling all across the country, but nowhere is it more evident than Portland, where politicians at all levels cozy up to developers while chasing the "green dream". In Portland, it's all about bio-swales, traffic congestion, and of course, a "sustainability center". Forget the backlog of road maintenance; there are train-lines to build, water-houses to showcase, ratepayer funds to be mis-appropriated whenever possible. And "street-calming". In Portland, this is the ideal they're aiming for - it's "mixed-use":

So. From the top of the page (9PM on the 4th) down to here, Portlanders are either stupid or nuts to remain Portlanders.
