Thankfully, the idiocy is drawing to a close. In a couple of weeks, the Leftist thugs won't be stealing political signs and beating up Republicans, and so we can look forward to a few years of their usual Tolerant™ behavior: smashing store windows and disrupting traffic while claiming "police brutality". It'll be nice to get things back to normal.
Here in Portland, a guy in a wealthy Northwest enclave has run into trouble for posting a 4'x8' Romney/Ryan sign on his lawn. Some Lefty complained, and so CoPo is all over it; threatening him with fines and a lien on his house if he doesn't take it down. It seems that the sign is a "code violation", and we can't have that. Apparently, when the Occutards were trashing downtown Portland not long ago, no "code violations" occurred. Hey, Portland's little mayor was all supportive.
Meanwhile, one of the idiots hoping to take Sammy's place is griping about "character assassination" because a couple of local papers actually printed the truth about his driving record, his physical assaults, and other unpleasantness in his distant past, his recent past, and the present. Interestingly, he and his few remaining supporters seem to believe that he has any character to assassinate.
