Top gun-runner and relentless foe of fundamental American rights, Eric Holder, has recently (and secretly) granted the National Counterterrorism Center unprecedented new authority to create and store detailed information on all Americans, regardless of whether or not reason exists to suspect their involvement in any sort of criminal activity.
The Obama administration’s new rules come after previous surveillance proposals were struck down during the Bush administration, following widespread condemnation.

Hmm...telescreens that watch and listen to you at home, massive databases containing every scrap of information about every citizen, agencies devoted to revising history (or as we humorously refer to them, "news media"). Didn't somebody write a book, warning about this stuff, some years ago?
