Nanny Pelosi has decided that the term, "gun control", is too emotionally grounded to be useful in any effort to persuade Americans to accept gun control, so she's come up with a new term: gun violence. Now, according to her, Democratics are all talking about gun violence instead of that silly gun control terminology. Isn't that more reassuring?
Um...well...isn't the whole idea of using guns a violent concept? Sports shooters want to destroy the targets with well-placed shots. Hunters want to kill Bambi with well-placed shots. Guns are weapons, after all - and there's really no such thing as a "non-violent" weapon.
But Nanny and the Democratics are changing the dialogue; they don't want to increase gun regulations, ammo sales, or even ban weapons under any sort of gun control laws - they just want to impose some "common sense restrictions" on your Second Amendment rights, and only to prevent gun violence. It's worked really well in Chicago.
They're firmly convinced of their superiority - and of your stupidity.
No wonder gun sales are skyrocketing.
