The union goons who threw tons of money and lobbying into supporting Obamacare have come to what is for them a startling conclusion: it sucks. Golly, who'd have guessed? Now, they're whining:
The leaders of three major U.S. unions, including the highly influential Teamsters, have sent a scathing open letter to Democratic leaders in Congress, warning that unless changes are made, President Obama’s health care reform plan will “destroy the foundation of the 40 hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class.”
If that’s not bad enough, the Affordable Care Act, if not modified, will “destroy the very health and wellbeing of our members along with millions of other hardworking Americans,” the letter says.
Apparently, it never occurred to the thugs that the Democratics they support might lie to them. With employers cutting back the work-week to 29 hours in order to avoid Obamacare penalties (and with the bill itself redefining the term, "full-time employment" from its longstanding meaning of 40 hours a week to a mere 30 hours a week, it's suddenly struck them right where it hurts: their wallets.
So they want their Democrat buddies to rewrite the law - which of course is unlikely to happen. In the final analysis, there's only one thing to do:
