That'd be a start, I suppose. Though I think I'd prefer SAMs. The idea, after all, was equivalent weaponry.

Somebody said that if indeed gun ownership is a right, the government ought to give us guns.

If insurance is a "right" - why do we have to pay for it?

I can think of no other "rights" that the IRS can penalize you for failing to employ; if you don't exercise your 2nd Amendment right, they don't get all hot and bothered.

Therein lies the problem.

And we have the Obama-given right to pay out the wazoo for it!

What we have a right to, is the right to do anything. Anything at all. But it has to be constrained by those same rights that everyone else has.

I don't think we have a "right" to "stuff" (like insurance, of any form).
