Friday the thirteenth was actually kind of an unlucky day for the Obama administration, because that's when yet another federal judge unleashed a huge slapdown:
Last Friday, an opinion by Texas federal judge Andrew Hanen opened a window onto the sheer lawlessness of the Obama administration–in particular, the Department of Homeland Security. The case was United States of America v. Mirtha Veronica Nava-Martinez. You can download the opinion here.
It's some heavy-hitting stuff; small wonder that Barky and Mooch couldn't wait to hightail it back to Hawaii for another $11 million vacation. DHS is quite obviously involved in child-smuggling and other forms of human trafficking, in addition to the DoJ's gun-running operation. And Mexican cartels are deeply involved in both; they control virtually all of the cross-border human trafficking, and of course, Eric Holder's gun-running operation was specifically geared to benefit the cartels.
Will no one rid us of this pestilence?
