Diane's pretty upset over the coverage about the latest underpants bomb. You might say she's got her panties in a wad.
Feinstein said the U.S. needs to "kill this bomb maker" and his associates.
Even a broken clock is right on occasion.

Members of Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb have desecrated a Muslim saint's tomb in the fabled city of Timbuktu, an official said on Saturday.
"Members of AQIM, supported by (the armed Islamist group)Ansar Dine, have destroyed the tomb of Saint Sidi (Mahmoud Ben) Amar. They set fire to the tomb," the official told AFP on condition of anonymity, adding that they had pledged to destroy others too.
Something seems out of whack with these whack-jobs. Okay: their buddies, the Tail-ban, they went out and blew up a couple of 1,000-year-old statues of Budda, on account of they're an infidel religion. And they run around issuing fatwas and whatnot when somebody draws a cartoon. Over in Germany, these devout practitioners of The Religion Of Peace™ have been rioting in protest of freedom of speech, and yesterday they peacefully stabbed two cops. Here in the USA, that whacky Florida preacher went and burned himself a Koran again, and so a peaceful Muslim cleric announced a hefty bounty to be paid to anybody who kills the preacher.
Naturally, Hillary Clinton's State Department had a little something to say about all this:
The US State Department condemned the pastor for hurting sentiments of Muslims around the world, saying his act “does not represent the American values”.
The guy may be a fool, but it's not like he set fire to a Muslim tomb or anything....
Meanwhile, in freedom-loving Michigan:
In the middle of an event to extol the virtues of the U.S. Constitution and “American Laws For American Courts,” the audience learned first-hand how easy it is to lose their freedom of Speech and Assembly.
Amid shouts of “What about free speech?” from the audience, the Allegan Police Department ordered the event shut-down. School officials notified police that they had received a letter complaining about the event from Dawud Walid, Executive Director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MI). The letter asked the school to disallow the event despite an existing contract. CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism funding trial in U. S. history, U.S. v. Holy Land Foundation.
As a result, the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, announced today that the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR- MI), its Executive Director, the City of Allegan, the Allegan Police Department and the School District were named as defendants in a thirty-four page civil rights lawsuit filed in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Michigan, this morning. The claims included constitutional and contract violations.
All it takes is a letter of complaint from a terrorist front organization, and your rights cease to exist. Spooky, yes. Welcome to the United Workers of America. Forward!

Today in Nigeria, Christian students were targeted in a bomb and automatic rifle attack as they held a religious service in a lecture hall at Bayero university in Kano. Various sources indicate that students fleeing a bomb detonation inside the hall were gunned down by members of the Religion of Peace™ as they exited the building. "At least" 16 are reported dead; another half-dozen seriously injured.
Also today, the headless body of a U.K. physician was found dumped beside a road in southwestern Pakistan. The 60-year-old doctor, who had been working with the International Committee of the Red Cross, was kidnapped in early January; apparently for the crime of managing a health program for Pakistanis.
And Islamophobia creeps on.

Those damn TEA partiers! Nothing but trouble, those racist haters. Oh.
Residents of a Chicago condo received a letter from management last week informing them that they should move out of their homes during the upcoming NATO confab to be held in the Windy City next month. Local business owners are concerned about mass rioting by leftist goons attending the summit protests.
Now this…
The Milwaukee Red Cross was told to prepare for a possible evacuation during this summit.
Well, it's all good then.

James Lovelock, the maverick scientist who became a guru to the environmental movement with his “Gaia” theory of the Earth as a single organism, has admitted to being “alarmist” about climate change and says other environmental commentators, such as Al Gore, were too.
The fact that there has been no temperature rise over the past 12 years has convinced the man who wrote just a few years ago that “before this century is over billions of us will die and the few breeding pairs of people that survive will be in the Arctic where the climate remains tolerable.” He has been quoted in The Guardian that 80% of humans will perish by 2100 AD, and this climate change will last 100,000 years. According to James Lovelock, by 2040, the world population of more than six billion will have been culled by floods, drought and famine. Indeed “[t]he people of Southern Europe, as well as South-East Asia, will be fighting their way into countries such as Canada, Australia and Britain”.
He now concedes that his views were unduly alarmist and that available data don't support his earlier prophecies. Even worse, he singled out AlGore's "Inconvenient Truth" and material by Tim Flannery as others presenting alarmist prophecies.
Not that any of that matters; the Obama administration's EPA continues to push to regulate coal out of useful existence, and is attempting to regulate lead out of ammunition and fishing tackle, prompting House Republicans to write legislation intended to rein them in. The bureaucrats and environmeddlists have this whole Gaiia and Global Warming thing that they've been using as a club; don't believe for a second that they're going to give it up without a fight. Don't expect to hear much from most of the media nor from "academics", either, because they're fully vested in the Religion.
As noted previously, the extremely intelligent, lovely and charming professor Kari over at University of Oregon has publicly stated that those who are skeptical of "man-made global warming" should be viewed as racists, rounded up and forcibly "treated" for their mental disorders, and that democracy should be suspended until the Really Smart People such as herself can Save The Planet™ and get the world back on track. That could take years; possibly generations. But Kari and her colleagues at UO and elsewhere will persevere.
Doubtless, they'll hook up with Steve Zwick and burn down the homes of a few "deniers", just to make the point.

Just ask Kari.
Following University of Oregon Professor Kari Norgaard’s presentation of a discussion document at the recent Planet Under Pressure conference, in which she called for global warming skeptics to be viewed as racists who need to be “treated” for mental disorders, every academic establishment associated with her has attempted to memory hole information concerning Norgaard’s biography and her previous work.

Forbes appears to have caught it, as they publish a screed by global warming alarmist Steve Zwick - a guy who makes the folks who run around sawing peoples' heads off and blowing up buses seem positively sane by comparison. If you're skeptical about the whole "man-made global warming" thing, then you're a "denialist", and Stevie apparently knows just what to do about you:
Let’s start keeping track of them now, and when the famines come, let’s make them pay. Let’s let their houses burn. Let’s swap their safe land for submerged islands. Let’s force them to bear the cost of rising food prices,” writes Zwick, adding, “They broke the climate. Why should the rest of us have to pay for it?”
It's all their fault - whether there's actually a problem or not is irrelevant. It's what passes for thought among the Wrongs, and it's nothing more than another demented example of eugenics: it they disagree with me, they are inferior, and therefore they should be tortured, or killed, or both. They should be made to suffer; they should be made to pay for their failure to recognize my superiority.
You don't see that much among the folks on the Right, but it sure seems endemic among those in the Wrong.

They're itching for a race war, as audio from a recent "planning meeting for a Trayvon rally" indicates:
"We've got to suit up and boot up and get prepared for the war we are in."
"True revolution means some bloodshed."
"We're going to have to cause the red sea."
"I'm talking about that blonde haired, blue eyed, sometimes brown eyed, caucasian walking around."
"I am for violence."
"I'm pissed off right now that the state of Florida isn't on fire."

Some kid apparently took great exception to a brief post that was cross-posted from here yesterday. Doubtless intended as a scathing rebuttal, it's actually the best illustration of Leftist mindlessness that I've had the pleasure to review in a while. Really, he should apply for a job at Airhead America, where foam and spittle and drool rule.
In the interest of illustrating for our visiting Lefties how decimating a cogent and well-articulated argument can be to those on the Right, the comment is presented below for their edification (apologies, but it is verbatim and completely unedited):
Not only are you a mentally damaged racist, but a disgusting disgrace of an American!
It’s obvious you’re a racist, because according to you anyone who doesn’t think your way or isn’t a white, racist conservative like you is evil! No. Sorry, but the REAL racist bigoted a-hole here is YOU!
If he’s a “marxist”, why hasn’t he governed as one? What exactly is marxist or socialist about restoring Clinton-era tax levels, giving the insurance companies MORE customers by law, Bailing out huge corporations, etc? Seriously, name one true marxist-socialist thing he has done. And no, the fact that he allotted tax dollars to pay for something you abhor DOESN’T COUNT!
the President is not a Marxist, womanizer, or dishonest business partner.
Can you anti-American birthers, baggers and buffoons ever stay on topic, or is that what ‘they’ teach you in teabagging extremism 101?
…..you rabid republicans are the true anti-American haters, no matter how you want to spin it with your fox/rush propaganda! Stop calling this President a divider. Nothing worse than a President being slandered by hypocrites!
And for the last freaking time! Obama is NOT a muslim, he is a Christian because he isn’t a disrespectful racist, bigot, homophoic scumbag like spouts bigoted crap against any religion that aren’t dominated by racist bigoted KKK members like you!
Of course, that won’t matter to the people who thinks the President who lied to us into two unwanted wars for oil and WMDs is the greatest president there is!
To some degree, it seems kind of offensive that he failed to include the "homophobe" label; perhaps he just forgot.

Yes, that fool Scarpitti has gone from "occupying" a window ledge after committing arson, to getting busted in Canada for trying to steal boltcutters from a home improvement store, to climbing a tree in Portland to hold forth about nature, to filing to run for mayor, and now - TA-DAA! - he's occupying a jail cell. Domestic violence - assault.
Mikey Scarpitti really likes to be called by a stupid name which media obligingly do, but here, the idiot is referred to by his actual name. He seems like a real sweetheart. He sets arson fires, steals, commits assault - but he Loves the Planet™! And really, isn't that all that matters?
You'd think that a guy pushing 40 years old might have developed something other than excrement for brains. Apparently, you'd be wrong.
