Wow, some scientist folks have recommended a global temperature "ceiling" and a "carbon tax". Amazing. Makes you wonder just how large the rocks are that they have to pull these folks out from under.
Panel member John Holdren of Harvard University...Holdren, however, says even these measure will achieve very little unless they are accompanied by a global tax on greenhouse gas emissions.
So the distinguished perfesser advocates a tax on water vapor? Because that is, after all, the number one "greenhouse gas" in play. How would this work?
Presumably, equatorial countries would have to pay huge taxes, because of the water vapor released down that way by evaporation. Oh, wait...
