There's big trouble in Little Beruit as the city of Portland takes offense to a banner that a homeowner placed on the roof of his house. Not visible to drivers or pedestrians, it's visible only from the air - specifically, it's visible to riders of the infamous aerial tram, and some of them are highly offended. There really shouldn't be any problem, because at every "input session" OHSU responded to privacy concerns by noting that since the windows of the tram cars would be frosted, riders would be unable to see into yards or windows. If they can't look downward along the route, then they'd never know that the banner was there.
