It's a sad thing, bud if the case of Elseya irwini - otherwise known as the Irwin turtle - is any indication, entire populations of creatures that can breathe through their butts may be heading toward endangered status. This can't be good news for Teddy Kulongoski, Teddy Kennedy, and a host of Metro and CoPo officials.
