Apparently, Dimocratics are shocked; Shocked, I tell you, by the fallout from corporations within a week of their glorious victory. They're convinced that this is all some nefarious plot by the Republicans, and so Waxworm and Stupid are hot to drag corporate CEOs into Washington to demand an explanation of why actual reality doesn't match up with their Washington version.

Dimocratics really screwed the pooch on this, and as is so typical, they immediately try to blame somebody else. Obama's been blaming Bush for over a year, now, so it's hardly a new tactic.
Let's see...they rammed something into "law" (though that is still questionable) without anybody but Dimocratics on board, despite the fact that a large majority of Americans opposed the bill. In so doing, they opposed the will of the people, and imposed large burdens upon corporations which - among other facets of their operations - employ people. They lit the loaded cigar, and are outraged that it has blown up in their face.
Obviously, this is the fault of Somebody Else.
It's really gotten silly though - if you want financial news, where do you go? Generally, that short list includes Barron's and The Wall Street Journal. Yet according to the financial wizards currently running loose in D.C., the WSJ is unreliable.
"These are Republican CEOs who are trying to embarrass the President and Democrats in general," says a White House legislative affairs staffer. "Where do you hear about this stuff? The Wall Street Journal editorial page and conservative websites. No one else picked up on this but you guys. It's BS."
