The Department of Justice declared Friday: "DHHS concluded that marijuana has a high potential for abuse, has no accepted medical use in the United States, and lacks an acceptable level of safety for use even under medical supervision." It will remain in the same class of drugs as heroin.
40 years of idiocy apparently isn't enough. The War on Drugs has been a dismal failure, and you don't have to be a doper to recognize the idiocy of classifying pot and heroin identically. Have you ever heard of a case in which somebody overdosed on pot?
