In view of the fact that so many employers are dumping full-time workers in favor of part-timers and capping hours as a direct response to Obamacare mandates, Chicago Democrat Rep. Jan Schakowsky has a solution: another mandate.
Her Part-Time Worker Bill of Rights Act of 2013 (H.R. 675)—which would extend protections to part-time workers in the areas of employer-provided health insurance, family and medical leave, and pension plans.
That'll learn them greedy employers.
