That's the advice from a sheriff in Athens, Ohio after an addict in Columbus injected what she thought was heroin. It apparently was, instead, Krokodil - a conconction apparently in widespread use in Russia. More potent than heroin, the average Krok addict dies within two years of starting up.
Krokodil contains codeine and toxic chemicals like iodine, gasoline, paint thinner, cleaning oil or lighter fluid that cause the flesh to rot off.
Some Russians seem to think this is a great way to get high. It's way less expensive than most other drugs, as codeine's available over the counter there for next to nothing. Add in some nice petrochemicals, cook it up, and shoot it. Worry about the results later.
