We booked a few days on the central Oregon coast, which happened to be windy and fairly chilly upon our arrival. The days grew increasingly nice, with little wind and lots of sun, culminating today, when we were due to leave. We went from 75 and sunny with a light breeze to sunny and 99 degrees with no breeze when we arrived home again. It almost always works that way.
Car got 31 mpg, which isn't bad when you consider I punched it when we hit passing lanes, to get past the rv things and the semis. When the V-tec cams kick in, it eats a little gas on the lead up, and then it's solid power with little fuel. Very cool.
Alas, it's hot here. But we got back in time for the entertainment.
