You know how some of these car dealerships send out a scratch-off ticket for a prize, but it's really just an ad? This Florida retiree has a solution for that nonsense:
Linsey Owens is a perfect example of the latter, and his recent altercation with a Nissan dealership was captured on video for the entire world to see.
When he went in to claim his prize, a salesman at the Sarasota dealership told him he had to actually buy a car in order to be eligible. That didn't set too well with Owens, who went to the trunk of his vehicle, whipped out a golf club, and started smacking said salesman.
Owens was eventually arrested without incident. He was given a supervised release and must stay away from the dealership and those involved in the attack. He did not purchase a new vehicle.
Presumably, the dealership won't be sending him any more "prize-winning" tickets in the mail, either.
