Yet one of the only things that I can recall, apart from the disaster that's known as Obamacare, was his 2013 response to a government "shutdown", in which he ordered access to viewpoints at Mt. Rushmore blocked and the Veteran's Memorial barricaded. Petulant and petty as always, and willing to do anything in the service of expanding federalism, his "legacy" consists of general arrogance and little substance.
