Must have been the nice weather here; the crazed meth-heads were especially active. The above incident occurred at around 4 p.m.
This one happened less than an hour later:
A man was electrocuted on power lines in Southeast Portland after he climbed a utility pole Wednesday evening, Portland police said.
He was reportedly pulling on wires up there.
Not only was he electrocuted, he was charred.
