The DoNotPay site, which has enabled users to successfully fight parking tickets in Seattle, New York, and even the U.K., has a new service geared toward making it easy for people in all 50 states to file lawsuits in small claims courts against Equifax.
Basically, the user inputs his/her name and phone number, and a few seconds later the app prints out instructions and necessary documents. People have been using the app to sue Equifax over their massive data breach - and winning.
