Narcan. I kid you not; the "homeless" druggies have invaded Portland libraries to such an extent that the librarians are now issued overdose kits with Naloxone spray to keep the idiots from dying among the bookshelves. My view is quite different: let them die, and clean up the gene pool.
That may seem harsh, but they're doing it to themselves, have no plans to stop, and there's a whole "services" industry that caters to them. Let them go.
