PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
An off-duty Portland Police Bureau Commander of the Professional Standards Division was arrested after a DUII crash on Thursday, police said.
Police responded to the report of a single-vehicle crash into a telephone pole in the 2600 block of Southwest 3rd Avenue around 1:55 a.m.
That's some fine professionalism there, Lou. He also hit a tree, then took out the power pole. He is, of course, on paid administrative leave - just like you'd be if you did something like that. Right?
