She Was Wrecked, Occifer, Okay?
CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Police arrested an intoxicated bikini-clad woman in Cape Coral, Florida after she is accused of causing a crash while her 3-month-old rode in the back seat. 21-year-old Kayla Rose Beal is facing charges of DUI with property damage, DUI with person under 18 in vehicle, and Threatening Public Servant.
"I'm drunk, okay?" Really, that was her defense.
But everybody knows that the brain's not fully-developed until around age 26; some never fully develop at all.
Next up, Soccer Mom Suit:
ST. LOUIS, Mo. — The mother of a St. Louis high school student is suing after her son did not make the varsity soccer team and was not allowed to play on the junior varsity team, according to KTVI.
The woman’s attorney said the issue in the case, filed in federal court, is age and sex discrimination. Her son is only identified as "John Doe" in court papers.
It ain't fair! The boy really wants to play! Doesn't that count for something? Another set of undeveloped brains - in this case, a two-fer, as the helicopter mom's brain didn't make it through the developmental stage, either.
Home Of Trouble:
Heather Bachtell, 22, made her initial appearance Thursday on four charges after her arrest Wednesday evening left two officers with minor injuries. Just before 8 p.m., the Great Falls Police Department was dispatched when a neighbor reported a suspicious female inside a Great Falls residence. The caller stated he knew the apartment’s tenant to be incarcerated, so he thought no one should be inside.
When police made contact, Heather gave them identification information, which turned out to be false. The officers were able to establish her true identity, and found that there was a warrant out for her arrest.
When officers tried to arrest her, Bachtell allegedly pulled away and would not allow herself to be handcuffed until officers had to force her to the ground, where Bachtell allegedly began to roll around and kick her legs, causing minor injuries to two officers.
Why yes, now that you mention it, a fair amount of methamphetamine was involved, along with syringes and other goodies. That explains the energetic resistance.
