BOSTON – A woman who was arrested earlier this month at a Mexican restaurant in Massachusetts for an alleged assault in which she knocked off a man's "Make America Great Again" hat is now facing deportation proceedings. Rosiane Santos was arrested in Falmouth, Massachusetts, on Feb. 15 and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery for the hat-related disturbance with Bryton Turner, who captured the incident on video.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, known as ICE, has since accused Santos of being an unlawfully present citizen of Brazil residing near Falmouth. On Tuesday, Santos was arrested by deportation officers with ICE's Fugitive Operations Team, according to ICE spokesman John Mohan.

This sort of thing is perfectly okay with her.
Santos told police that Turner shouldn't be allowed in a Mexican restaurant with that hat. She was determined to be intoxicated during police examination - and here illegally.
Ah, them hot-blooded Latino gals....
